Recently, some international students were found to motorcycle illegally, hereby, we remind all again about motorcycling:

1. All vehicles driven by diesel engine are called motor vehicle which should hang the license plate issued by traffic police.
2. All motorcycles should be driven with legal vehicle registration certificate.
3. Without China driving license, motorcyclist is not allowed to drive. Besides, IDP (International Driving Permit) and the license got outside China are unacknowledged in China.
4. Remolded motorcycle is not allowed to drive.
5. Motorcyclist must obey the traffic rules and wear helmet.
6. No motorcycle is allowed to enter the campuses of Shandong University.
7. Motorcyclist without driving qualification should correct mistakes and dispose the holding motorcycles as soon as possible.

All students should obey those rules, and violators will be penalized by traffic police and public security office in Shandong University, by whom the motorcycle will be permanently confiscated. Those violators confirmed by police departments will be penalized by International Students Affairs Office.

关于摩托车驾驶的提醒

近期发现我校有部分留学生违章驾驶摩托车，我们再次提醒同学们：

1．所有使用燃油发动机作动力的车辆均为机动车，机动车上路行驶必须悬挂有交通警察部门发给的号码牌。
2.所有上路行驶的摩托车必须具有合格的行驶证。
3.摩托车驾驶人员必须持有中国的驾驶证，中国大陆以外的驾驶证以及国际驾照在中国是不可以驾驶摩托车的。
4.严谨驾驶改装的摩托车。
5.驾驶摩托车时必须遵守交通法规，按规定佩戴头盔。
6.山东大学校园内禁止驾驶摩托车进入。
7.不具有驾驶资格的同学请尽快改正错误，将所持有的摩托车处理掉。

以上规定请同学们严格遵守，违反者将受到交通警察、山东大学公安处没收摩托车等处罚，对没收的摩托车将不予以返还。公安部门将近一步确认违规驾驶人员，确认后由留学生事务办公室进行处罚。
